Accommodation, Meals,
Costs and Meeting Rooms
Cambridge
is one of the finest cities in Britain, with a heady mix of ancient charm
and world-leading hi-tech industries. Based on a classic design, set in
spacious grounds near the centre of Cambridge, Fitzwilliam encapsulates
this rare blend of history and innovation, living up to its heraldic motto
of providing 'the best of the old and the new'.
Accommodation
There are 2 types of accommodation available to us - En-suite and
Standard Rooms. Every room has a direct dial telephone (on request),
data point, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries
and a delegate information pack. All bedrooms are serviced every day by
the renowned Cambridge 'bedders'. The rooms are in a traditional courtyard
style, overlooking peaceful attractive gardens.
The En-suite rooms are
located in New Court (see map below).

These rooms have a shower, toilet
and wash basin and cost £65.00 per night.
There are a small number of twin rooms available in New Court
and these cost £95.00 per night per room.
The Standard Rooms have a shower and wash basin. Toilets
are available on the same floor. The rooms are situated in Fellows
Court and cost £45.00 per night.
NB: If your travel plans mean that you will arrive in Cambridge
on Friday, 26 March 2010 or if you wish to stay on Monday night, 29 March
2010, we are holding a number of rooms but would advise early booking
.
